The website sunspearsoft.com and the games sold on it are run by Sunspear Software LLC, 2801 North East 183 Street, Miami, Florida 33160, USA. When you use the site or buy a game from us, your agreement is with Sunspear Software LLC. You can reach us at info@sunspearsoft.com.

By using the site or playing our games on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Space Hamsters is a turn-based role-playing game that runs in your web browser at sunspearsoft.com/kosmohomyaki/.

• Free: the first five levels, with no sign-up and no payment.
• Full game: all 170 levels across five regions of space, ten bosses and the whole story. It costs US$4.99 as a single payment. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.

The price you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm. Depending on your country, it may include sales tax or VAT, and it may be shown in your local currency.

Our apps on the App Store and Google Play are sold by Apple and Google under their own terms. These terms do not cover them.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes and receipts are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which you accept at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

• A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the full game in a web browser on sunspearsoft.com, for as long as we offer it.
• Access is tied to the email address you use at checkout. If you change browser or device, or clear your browser data, you can restore access with that address.
• Your progress is saved in your browser, not on our server. Clearing the browser's data for the site deletes it. The game's settings let you copy your progress and paste it into another browser.
• The game needs a current web browser and an internet connection for the first launch.

You must not:

• use the site or the games for anything unlawful, for fraud or for spam;
• copy, publish, resell or share the game, its code, art or music, or host it anywhere else;
• modify the game, or get around its access checks, payment or protection;
• interfere with the site or its security, for example with malware, probing for weaknesses or automated scraping;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property.

Space Hamsters, its code, characters, art, story and text belong to Sunspear Software LLC. Some music is licensed from third parties. Buying the game gives you the right to play it, not to own or reuse any of its content.

We work to keep the site and the games running and to fix problems, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of errors. We may update the games, add content or change how they work.

We may suspend or end access to the full game if it was obtained by fraud or through a reversed payment, if the access is shared or resold, or if it is used in a way that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or puts the site's security at risk.

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. How to ask is explained in our Refund Policy.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
