This document covers the sunspearsoft.com website and our apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac.

The site is static. We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics or advertising scripts, and build no visitor profiles. Fonts are served from our own server.

Chat. The widget in the bottom right corner is Jivo. If you use it, the conversation and technical details of your connection are handled by that service under its own rules. The widget sets its own cookies.

Apple content. App icons, screenshots and preview videos load directly from Apple's servers, so Apple sees your IP address — as it does when you open any App Store page.

Server logs. The web server records the requested address, the time, the IP address and the browser type. They are kept for diagnosing problems and preventing abuse, and are not used for analytics.

• No sign-up. Only WishLab AI creates an account — it has its own section below.
• Data stays on the device. Progress and settings are stored on your device and deleted with the app. Some games sync progress through iCloud — Apple's storage in your own account, which we cannot access.
• Apple's statistics. We see crashes and download counts in aggregate through App Store Connect, if you have allowed Apple to share such statistics with developers.
• Purchases. All payments go through the App Store. Apple handles your card details; we never receive them. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• Writing to us. If you write from inside an app, the message is pre-filled with the app version, device model and iOS version, and in some games a game identifier and the state of the game. All of it is visible in the message before you send it. We receive your email address and keep the correspondence in order to reply.

Up to 99, Make Money, Train Tycoon, Point Quest, Fifteen Doors, Rot, Awakening, Book, please, Underground and Survive in the Maze have a shared leaderboard. For it to work, the game sends to a server:

• a random identifier the app creates itself — it is not linked to your Apple ID or to the device's advertising identifier;
• the nickname you chose;
• your score, level and other game results.

Other players can see your nickname and result. Do not use your real name as a nickname. Underground also sends the name of your shelter, your friend code, and the gifts and resources you exchange with friends.

HYDRA-4, with no nickname and no leaderboard, reports which ending you reached, so that it can show what share of players arrived at the same one.

This data is stored with Supabase, a database service acting on our behalf. The leaderboard in Survive in the Maze is run by Unity Gaming Services. Some games use Game Center leaderboards, which Apple runs under its own rules.

Two apps show ads:

• Logic Runner — through Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), sometimes through Google AdMob;
• WishLab AI — through Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, Google asks for your consent first.

Ad networks receive technical details of your device, your IP address and, if you allowed tracking, the advertising identifier. They handle it under their own rules. None of our other apps show ads.

We advertise Underground and want to know which ads bring players in. For that, the game includes a service called Tenjin.

• After the tutorial, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. If you do, Tenjin receives the device's advertising identifier.
• Either way, Tenjin receives technical details: device model, iOS version, language, IP address.
• The game also tells it about launches, finishing the tutorial, and purchases: item, price, currency and transaction number.

Declining changes nothing in the game. You can change your choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The data is used only to evaluate advertising; Tenjin handles it under its own rules.

Some of our earlier games are built with Unity: VIP Airport, Iron Logic, TRY DIE SLY TRY, Tint Twist, Logic Runner and Survive in the Maze. They have Unity analytics switched on, which sends Unity Technologies technical details — device model, system version, language, time played. No name, email or other personal details are included.

Some apps ask for specific permissions. The system asks you itself, and declining does not lock you out of anything else.

• OutfitKit — camera and photos, so you can add pictures of your own clothes; they are stored on the device, and in your iCloud if sync is on. Location — to show the weather: the coordinates go to Apple's weather service, not to us.
• Найдешь? — location, to tell whether you have reached a point. We keep no history of your movements.
• Я худею! — steps and height from the Health app, to award in-game currency for walking. Health data never leaves the device, is not used for advertising and is not shared with anyone. Camera and photos — to add a picture in the app.
• Английский за 24 дня — microphone and speech recognition, to turn your speech into text. Apple performs the recognition, and the recording may be processed on Apple's servers. It is not sent to us.
• Другая жизнь II — photos, to choose a picture in the game. It stays on the device.
• Becoming US — microphone and speech recognition, so you can answer questions aloud in practice, the mock test and the interview rehearsal. Apple performs the recognition, on the device itself wherever possible. The recording is not saved and is not sent to us. The app works fully without the microphone.

• The N-400 answers you enter for the interview rehearsal (name, address, family, work, travel) and your progress are stored only on your device and deleted with the app. We never receive them.
• The app downloads a public file from our website, /data/citizenprep/officials.json, with the names of senators and governors. It is an ordinary request to the site: the server logs keep the IP address and time, as described in the website section. The request carries no data about you.
• Your ZIP code is used on the device to work out your state and is not sent anywhere.
• The app is not affiliated with USCIS, DHS or any other US government agency.

WishLab AI is a service where customers post wishes and providers respond with offers. That is why, unlike our other apps, it has accounts.

• Sign-up. We receive your email address and a password. We never see the password itself: the service stores only its hash.
• What we store: your profile and avatar, the city you chose, wishes, offers, responses, favourites, uploaded images, chat messages, ratings, reports and referral codes.
• Who sees it. Wishes and offers are visible to other users; messages to the people in the chat.
• Artificial intelligence. To suggest ideas, draft an offer, translate it into another language and check it for prohibited content, the text of your wishes, preferences and offers is sent to OpenAI. Your name and email are not sent.
• Notifications. If you allowed them, we store a push notification token. Emails are sent through a service called Resend.
• Where it is kept. The data is stored with Supabase, acting on our behalf.
• Advertising is described in the Advertising section.

To delete your account and everything linked to it, write to info@sunspearsoft.com from the address the account is registered to.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a child has created a WishLab AI account or used their real name as a nickname, write to us and we will delete it.

We do not sell data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not combine data across apps. We do not use it for advertising beyond the measurement in Underground described above. We send no marketing email.

Write to info@sunspearsoft.com and we will tell you what data we hold about you and delete it: a leaderboard entry (tell us the game and the nickname), a WishLab AI account, correspondence. Data on your device is deleted with the app. Tracking in Underground can be switched off in your iPhone settings at any time.
