What we collect, what we do not, and why. The sunspearsoft.com website and all of our apps.

In short. We hold no accounts for you, because none of our apps have registration. We do not sell data, show advertising, or follow you between apps. Some apps ask for access to your photos or your location — for exactly the thing you opened them to do, and none of it reaches our servers.

Who we are

Sunspear Software LLC, 2801 North East 183 Street, Miami, Florida 33160, USA. For any question about data: info@sunspearsoft.com.

This document covers the sunspearsoft.com website and our apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac.

The website

The site is static. We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics or advertising scripts, and build no visitor profiles. Fonts are served from our own server, so no request goes to a third-party font service.

Three things are still worth knowing.

The chat widget. Jivo (Jivosite) runs at the bottom right. If you use it, your messages and technical details of your connection are processed by that service under its own terms, and the widget sets its own cookies. If you would rather not, simply close it — you are not obliged to write to us.

App icons and screenshots load directly from Apple's servers, so Apple sees your IP address — as it does whenever you open an App Store page.

Server logs. The web server records ordinary technical lines: the address requested, the time, an IP address, a browser type. They exist for diagnostics and abuse protection, are not tied to an identity, and are not used for analytics.

The apps

None of our apps requires registration, creates an account, or asks for your name, phone number or email address. We show no advertising and include no advertising networks.

Some apps request specific permissions — iOS will ask you inside the app, and declining does not shut you out of everything else.

Photos. OutfitKit asks for access to your photo library so that you can add pictures of your own clothes. The images stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Location. Apps built around real-world quests use your position to tell whether you have reached the right place. We keep no location history and store no routes.

Networked features. In games with friend codes and shared play, game data travels between devices — progress and an identifier that you pass to the other player yourself. It is not tied to your identity.

We see crash reports and download figures only in aggregate, through Apple's own tools, exactly as any App Store developer does. There is no route back from those to an individual person.

Purchases

All payments go through the App Store. Apple handles card details; we neither receive nor store them. Refunds are arranged by Apple as well.

Children

We do not knowingly collect children's data, and we show no behavioural advertising — there is none at all. Age ratings are stated on each app's App Store page.

What we do not do

We do not sell or pass data to third parties for marketing. We do not combine data across apps. We do not track you across other apps and websites, and we do not ask for permission to do so. We send no marketing email.

Your rights

Write to info@sunspearsoft.com and we will tell you what data we hold about you — usually none — and delete whatever there is. Where an app stores data on your device, deleting the app deletes it.

Changes

If anything changes in the apps, this page changes with it. Last updated: 16 August 2026.
